Brad Kitchen
CEO, Chairman and Director
Mr. Kitchen has 25 years of experience in investment banking and heading up corporations. In this time Mr. Kitchen has been responsible for all operations and closing structured financings for primarily resource based small, medium and large private and public companies. Most recently he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation until it was taken over in August 2013. He also served as a Vice President of CIBC World Markets (formerly CIBC Wood Gundy Securities Inc.) and TD Securities Inc., for over 11 years. For the past 17 years, Mr. Kitchen, through his company PBK Capital Corp., has worked with junior resource companies focusing on the mineral exploration and oil and gas industries. Mr. Kitchen holds an MBA from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec in 1987 and a B.Ap.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of British Columbia in 1985. Mr. Kitchen will bring his leadership, corporate governance and team building expertise to Secova to generate synergies, create corporate successes and achieve set targets and goals for the Company’s shareholders.
Morgan Good
President and Director
Mr. Good is a venture capitalist with more than 11 years of experience as a stock market professional focusing in areas of corporate development, finance and investor relations. He founded Patriot Capital Corporation in early 2013 to invest in both private and public companies, with an emphasis on acquiring large positions in well-structured junior issuers with experienced management. In addition to representing several mining resource companies, Mr. Good has also assisted with projects in the healthcare, biotech and technology fields.
Pierre-Jean Lafleur, Eng.
Geologist and Director
As an Engineer in geology, Mr. Lafleur works in mine production and exploration in the following areas: sampling, drilling, mapping, interpretation, ore reserves, mine planning, and more. He is also a representative of world-renowned consultants and leading mining software companies (SGS Geostat and 3DS GEOVIA, formerly Gemcom) for their work on implementation of computer technologies. Mr. Lafleur acts primarily as a subject matter expert and influences projects, financial analysis and business strategies with a particular focus on enterprise optimization (Whittle Consulting) from exploration to marketing through mine planning and processing.
Joseph Carusone
Director
An experienced senior executive, officer and director, Mr. Carusone is co-founder of Primoris Group, which specializes in management strategy development, investor relations and media relations for public and private companies. He brings to Secova an extensive background in business, corporate strategy and advising executive teams on investor positioning.
